I have a black square in the middle of my screen. I cannot get it off. When I go into menu, from the remote and from the front of the tv, I try to change it to (did I forget to mention everything is in spanish and I can't read the instructions) English and no matter which button I push, I cannot get to where I need to go (I guess). Oh, someone said it has to do with the caption; said to turn it off. I couldn't get it to do that... If you are not totally confused and think you can help me, please do email me back.
