Used, light damage. I bought this as an interim box until my new ones arrived. The damage is mainly cosmetic on the right side, and on the back right side. All the drawers open and close, only issue is the catches that hold them closed don't work. If you roll it around, the drawers have a tendency to creep open. Also, it does not come with keys; I didn't get any, so if you want them, I'm sure a SnapOn dealer can get you taken care of.
