Truck Driver Level I / Laborer • This is our highest level of Truck Driver. You should be an expert operating the equipment in the next sentence. Laborer is included only because you will be required to get off of the equipment and help with ground work sometimes. • Be experienced in the Safe & Efficient operation of a Dump Truck, Truck & Pup, Tractor Trailer Unit (End Dump), and Water Truck. • Be able to operate above said equipment with degree of efficiency and production performance. • Be able to operate a Front End Loader and self load when necessary in a Safe and efficient manner. • Show a high degree of equipment care including checking fluid levels, greasing, daily, and cleanliness and proper working order of truck components. • Perform proper Pre-Trip Inspection on assigned Trucks. • Communicate properly with Foremen, Mechanics, and the office to facilitate job efficiency, repair of equipment, and paper work necessary for company success. • Possess a Class A CDL with Endorsements: N, & Air Brakes. The Class A CDL will have a clean driving record. • Must have a working knowledge of how construction projects progress and the ability to dump where instructed in a Safe and Efficient manner.
