I am looking for a CRT monitor (the older large, heavy-style monitor) between 21" and 25" viewable. The monitor must be in demonstrable good working condition, with clear colors, no fading or brightness problems, and must be a decent brand name. This monitor will be used to replace a monitor in a video game cabinet. I am looking to spend something in the $30 range, although I will consider a higher price if the monitor is in particularly good condition.
