I am looking for a private landlord as my credit is not up to par I am in school so student loans keep me back. I am 37 with one daughter. I do have section eight and would love to find a 2 bedroom place to rent. I have excellent references. I have lived in the same home for almost 10 years. The only catch is I will be relocating from another state so I am looking to move by aug. I do have enough money saved so that is not the issue I have been running into please if youcan give me any help I would be greatful.
