I am looking for a responsible female roomate. I am a single mother of a 15 yr. old daughter. I am a full-time student and am currently on unemployment so am having a hard time making ends meet. I would like to find a female roomate that is laid back, good with teens, can afford to pay rent and loves dogs. I have a Shepherd that is the best but he can be very protective so you would have to be a dog person for sure. I don't want loud parties or someone that brings tons of people home. Just a very relaxed, reliable person. There will be a criminal background check done on all applicants. I will provide internet and basic cable. You would be responsible for 1/3 electric and 1/3 water and sewer.
