Hello, I have a approximate 10x12 size room for rent in a house near skate world in Hillsboro. the house is a 1300 sq ft duplex house, with a garage. My neighbor is very quite and very nice. I have lived in the house for almost 2 years and until recently did not know I had a neighbor because he is so quite. I currently have one roommate that lives upstairs in the second room I have right now. Currently the room does not have a door because it was a loft that looked out over my living room. I have lived in the room while i was renting out my master bedroom and draped a blanket over the entrance way which worked well for me. I will be putting in a door possibly soon. Rent is 350 a month for the room and there will be a 250 deposit on the room due at signing.
