It is in a great location... less than 10min from downtown (also, I live next to Cornell, which is the back way into the Pearl District, so very little traffic), its close to Forest Park and right next to Hwy 26/Hwy 217 (also only 1.5miles from the Max station). The Townhouse is very new and is a nice place to live. I have the downstairs fully furnished, so you won't need to provide anything (i.e dishes/pots/cookware) except in your bedroom. Also, each bedroom has its own heating/air conditioning unit and two large windows! I also have a bit of storage space available in my garage if you need to keep some stuff down there. I am a 30 year old male. I am into fitness, outdoors and being around friends and family. I do have a small dog, so only reply if you like animals.
