Looking to sublet 1000 to 3000 Sq. Ft of simple commercial warehouse space in the Beaverton Hillsboro area not too far off Hwy 26. I am a machinery dealer that stores metal working machinery temporarily until I sell it. It would be nice if some power was available to at least demo a machine. Some light cleaning will be performed on a machine from time to time. I may have customers view machines on the premises 2-3 times a week during daytime working hours. I am happy to make improvments to help secure our respective areas. I need access to a large overhead door for loading machines in and out.
