Position Description We need an experienced Web Designer to join our Tualatin team. The Website Designer will develop projects from their initial concept to final publication with optimized graphics and HTML/CSS or Photoshop files. This person must be detail oriented, organized, and be a clear communicator, and also must stay current with new trends in web design, including e-commerce interfaces. Responsibilities • 3-5 years experience designing/developing for the web • Degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Design • Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML/XHTML, CSS . Strong knowledge in typography for web • Comprehensive understanding of search engine marketing and standard compliance • Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules • Able to work in a collaborative creative environment • Able to work in the PC environment Nice to have: • Print design and production experience using InDesign, Illustrator or Quark. • Knowledge of ActionScript, Javascript, AJAX, SQL and Visual Studio Compensation Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
