Hi there, We are a quiet, respectful, professional and very likable couple with a well trained older medium sized dog (a good-looking, good natured dog that everyone likes). We are looking to rent a house or guest house (will consider townhouse/duplex etc) and hoping to find the closest match to our criteria: -1 Bedroom or more -private yard -somewhere open to a fully trained, minimal barking dog -fully equipped kitchen (no mini stove /fridge kitchenette types please) -bathroom with shower (no tub onlys please) -willing to pay up to 1600/month or more if utilities included (prefer range of $1000-1400) -would like our own fully functional unit if on a shared property We would like a well maintained place with a nice layout, enough space and windows. Obviously the nicer, the better but will consider all options and choose the best combination of place, price and location. We are flexible on the location but will obviously prefer nicer, safer areas close to beaches or parks or streets with character or charm. (nothing more than 30 minutes from central LA) Hoping to find this special place asap but flexible as to when we would move in. We are friendly, easy going, fair and low maintanance tenants capable of doing our own yardwork and repairs. We make great neighbors too - social but lowkey (no late night parties or drama).
