Hello, I am currently in search of a room/apt to rent in Hermosa Beach preferably on or near the strand. I am a 33 GWM, professional working in the entertainment industry M-F. I am clean responsible and easy to live with. I have lived in West Hollywood the past 6 years and am looking to move to the South Bay for a change and to be close to the Beach.
