Responsible UCLA student looking for either a studio or private bedroom in an apartment starting AUGUST or SEPTEMBER 2009, preferably mid-August. I'm looking for a place near UCLA, i.e. Century City, Westwood, Palms, Culver City, Brentwood etc. etc. In terms of a shared apartment, a private bathroom would be nice, but not necessary. In terms of roommate, I'd prefer that they are somewhat near my age (early 20s) and either students or recent graduates, again this is not set in stone. I am a UCLA senior who is due to graduate this March. I also work part-time at a professional law firm in century city. I am currently renting an apartment nearby in an apartment in Palms and can supply references upon request. As my previous landlords and neighbors can testify, I am a quiet, neat and respectful tenant who always respects the rules and pays rent on time.
