It is 12 feet long at the top and 10.5 feet at the bottom, the hitch adds another 3.5 feet. It has a really nice layout with a double bed in the back, kitchen on one side, closet on the other and then dinette in the front that also turns into a twin. The inside has been painted, outside was painted before I bought it and unfortunately they sandblasted it too hard caused some rippling. Trailer does not leak but will need some work on the outside sides, we installed new electrical, lights, water pump for the sink, etc. no bathroom, icebox (not fridge). Tool box with battery, fuses, and storage in front along with a new propane tank. The ice box needs the drain hose hooked up, a cheap plastic tube you can get from home depot. There is no grey water tank but the fresh water tank works fine, no leaks. All you have that uses water is the sink which can drain into a bucket or attach a hose and drain it into the bushes if allowed at the campground. Original mattress and cushions were replaced, bed has a very comfortable futon mattress now instead of the old spring mattress that orginally was in the trailer. It's a really cute little trailer still and needs a little more work to get it great but you could use it to camp in tomorrow if you wanted. Super light, you can move it around easily with 2 people, nice for getting the perfect position in the campsite. I use to tow it with my 98 4 cylinder Tacoma with no trouble.
