Recently moved to LA, and Im currently temporarily renting from a family friend but he will be back in town this week, and thats when I have to be out. Would preferrably like to rent from a woman but a man who is not looking for sexual favors is ok too. I do work, and am very quiet. I cook, and I have my own internet.
