I'm a 22 y/o, recent college graduate male currently residing in Ohio who is looking to make the move to Southern California in the next couple of weeks, will be needing a place to call home, and more than likely a roommate to share a place with. Right now I'm open to anything that would be available, but a 2 or more bedroom situation would be most desired. I'm in LA right now job hunting and what not, and I will be in town through next Friday, February the 13th. During this time I hope to look at many jobs as well as many potential places to stay. I then will hopefully be relocating to the area in either late February or very early March. I put specific location as Culver City, Torrance, or Hermosa, but I would be interested in any surrounding area such as North/West Hollywood, Pasadena, Burbank, or even going a little further south to Long Beach. Basically I'm saying I'll be open to anywhere in the LA vicinity. I'm not positive where my job will be located, I may be doing free lance work, so I can't pinpoint a specific location right now. My range for monthly rent would probably be a max of around $900, but I would prefer less if available. and if any utilities are included in the rent, that would be a HUGE plus. I'd be able to pay for February rent, security deposit, or whatever you need. I'm a single guy in my early 20's, I love sports, and I'm real big into music/audio, I just got my degree in recording arts/music production, and any job I would be getting would be dealing with audio. I play Xbox and I watch some TV when I can. I don't have any pets, but I don't have any problems living with them either, and I'm almost always a very clean person. And although I do like to have a good time now and then, I'm by no means a, "party guy". I only drink socially and even then it's usually only a couple. And there's absolutely no drugs involved with me, never messed with anything, never will. I figure I'm young and not attached so if there's any time for me to move out west, it's now. If a roommate is available, I would prefer another male around the same age range, but I'm willing to work with anybody. And like I said, I'm in town right now checking stuff out, so let me know your availability and hopefully I'll be able to come by and have a look. Also, it would be a GIANT plus if the room available is at least somewhat furnished, maybe at least a bed since I'm not sure how much furniture i'll be bringing with me, I can pay extra if needed, but its not a total necessity that it is furnished.
