Hi I am looking for a place in West LA, close to UCLA. I can move in July or August. I would like to live there for at least 1 yr. (No summer sublets, please.) About me: -Female in her mid-20's. -I have a stable f/t job at a college. I also plan events on a freelance basis: fashion shows, charity events, weddings, b-day parties, cocktail receptions, etc. -I am friendly, considerate, outgoing, very clean, and responsible. -Interests: checking out new restaurants, watching movies, going to concerts, traveling abroad, meeting new people, hiking, yoga, etc. -I don't smoke or use drugs.
