I'm a mature (older), responsible, and very productive gay male artist/writer looking for a mid-sized, unfurnished room with decent storage in a comfortable and healthy place, preferably in Los Feliz or Hollywood, with folk(s) who don't spend all their time in front of the television (I don't own one; don't like having to hear one that I'm not watching, so room shouldn't be near a communal TV). Folks who are NOT indoor cig smokers but are 420 friendly (I'm legal); no other drugs and I rarely drink. Folks who are creative, musical (I'm a KCRW guy), keep reasonable hours, and are food/diet conscious. A mystical bent is nice and if you have a sociable pet that will make me feel welcome - very cool, too. I am neat and orderly (very much a Feng Shui'ist!!! - clean energy! - and I always put energy into fixing up my surroundings), sociable but quiet, very work-oriented, good in the kitchen, and a non-driver (so parking isn't an issue).
