VERY CLEAN LOOKS NEW 24' LAYTON TRAVEL TRAILER READY TOGO This is a 24' Layton travel trailer in really good condition always well cared for and gently used one owner trailer has been in the family since brand new The trailer is a 1977 fully self contained double gaucho side dinette model has 2 propane tanks and a new battery the tires are about 75% and the out side skin still shines like new the trailer can sleep 5-6 easy the front couch's as you see in the pictures will make in to either 2 twins or 1 king there is also a bunk above that holds down to make another bed rated for 150 lbs there is also a table mounted in the wall between the to couch's that leaves can be added to make extend out about 4 feet the other sleeping area is the other dinette that bed can be used as a full size bed a table or the table could be taken out and it could be used as a sitting area all the upholstery flooring walls are all in really really good condition still soft to the touch and no rips or tares in the fabric there is no leaks in this trailer and is a solid trailer and built better than a new one The trailer has a full kitchen and bathroom the kitchen has a 7 cubic ft 3 way fridge that works great there is a 4 burner stove and oven with a hood above it there is a sink with hot water and lots of counter and storage compartments and also the ac unit is in that area mounted on the roof and it works great the bathroom is a full roomy bathroom and features a shower / tub toilet sink with a vanity above and in the bathroom there is a huge storage closet Everything in this trailer works great from the furnace to the water lines all in good shape the trailer has a clean and clear title is at my house here in Salem Oregon I'm available to show it anytime just please call first there is no leaks or dryrot that I've ever seen have a full sets of keys and the trailer takes a 2 5/16 ball with a standard wire hook up the brakes bearings and tires are in good shape this trailer between 1-10 I give a 8 solid all day long the trailer is truly that nice if your a family that cant afford new but still want a really nice trailer call me any time This trailer pulls like a 18' trailer it was designed with the axels toward the back for backing up easily and so it would pull nicely down the road Asking $2250 cash check accepted if you bank local #971-207-2427 Location: S it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests oregon
